Wood driven Central Heating system - for two dormitory buildings
Solar Water heating System - Water heaters for two dormitory buildings supplying hot water to kitchen and bathrooms.
Vineyard - 6,7 ha of red an white grapes. The average amount of harvested grapes per year are 15 tons out of which 10 tons of wine can be made.
Tractor – For the vineyards and some other farming needs.
Washing house and hygienic facilities (toilets, showers)
Bakery – together with some of our beneficiaries we are baking bread for our every-day use
Dormitory building no. 3 with better hyigenic equipment, here we shelter people with severe mental and physical disabilities.
Carpentry - with professional machinery, production of furniture and other goods for temi's own needs as well as for sale.
